7. Can I purchase products online?

Discounts on eligible products are available online at Canada Computers.

8. How is the discount applied?

No need to print and download coupons - discount is applied instantly at the register on eligible products.

9. Do I have to pay tax on the products I buy?

Taxes are payable on full purchase price before discount.

10. Will rain checks be available on out of stock products?

It is the up to each individual retailer to decide if their store will offer rain checks.

11. Are there any forms to fill out or anything to sign?

No. Just visit a participating retailer to enjoy instant savings.

12. Can I use the Save on Energy Deal Days discounts on products I already bought?

No, the discount is applied on eligible products only at the time of purchase between October 6, 2017 and November 5, 2017.

13. How many products can I buy at once?

Customers can purchase up to 10 items per product category.

14. Can Save on Energy Deal Days be used on sale items?

Yes, Deal Days incentives will be applied during the event to any purchase of eligbile products at participating retail locations.

15. When returning the products, would I get the full retail price?

No. If you return a product purchased with instant discount applied, you will only be refunded the amount that you paid.

16. I’ve lost my receipt. Can I get an in-store credit?

Each retailer/manufacturer has its own refund policy. Speak to them directly to learn more.

17. What is the refund and faulty merchandise policy?

Each retailer has its own policy. Please contact the retailer where you purchased your product.

18. Who can I contact if the product I buy doesn't work or stops working?

Simply contact the retailer or manufacturer of the product directly through its website or call its head office. Remember return policies vary by retailer and manufacturer.

19. What is included in the warranty?

The IESO does not provide any warranties, guarantees or endorsements for any product and assumes no liability or their use. Check the packaging for the manufacturer’s warranty information and be sure to keep your dated receipt. However, to qualify for the ENERGY STAR rating, light fixtures and ceiling fans must offer a two-year warranty which is double the industry standard. See the product packaging for more details.
